Shipping Information:
We use UPS exclusively. High value artwork is subject to insurance and faster shipping options to avoid damage.Our goal is to ship within 2 business days unless the artwork is on consignment with a third party.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Orders can be cancelled prior to shipping with no fees. Orders can be returned with notification provided up to 24 hours after receipt of the artwork. There would be a 20% restocking fee after the item is shipped back to ByerleyMoments.com. Any monies would be returned through the purchasers PayPal or paying account.
Damaged artwork must be reported or refused within 24 hours of delivery based on UPS records.
